Legend of Legaia Remake

Welcome to the unofficial remake of Legend of Legaia, a PlayStation 1 classic now reimagined with modern graphics, new features and the same soul that captivated players in the late 90s.

This project is a passionate homage to the JRPG that marked a generation with its unique combat system, engaging storyline and magical atmosphere. Our goal is to bring this experience back with updated visuals and gameplay improvements, while respecting the source material.

• Faithful recreation of the Tactical Arts system (combat by directional commands).
• Reworked scenarios in high resolution.
• New character animations.
• Remastered soundtrack (when possible).
• Quality of life: modern save system, controller support.
• Developed in UnrealEngine 5.3.

This is an independent, non-profit project made by fans for fans. It is currently in active development. 

I will leave a Demo available, it doesn't have battle mode yet but it has some places to explore, such as:

• Rim Elm
• Hunter Spring's
• DAM
• Drake Castle
• WordMap 1

To get to the other side of the river you need to get a key at Drake Castle.

This is a fan-made remake and has no affiliation with Sony or the rights holders of Legend of Legaia. All original content belongs to their respective creators.

Currently, there are no plans to remake the entire game. The initial goal was to do Rim Elm to Hunter Spring's, but I decided to do all the parts of world map 1. Remember, I'm just one person doing everything, so it's going to take a while to do.
